About the Author:
RUDOLF SODAMIN is one of the nation's foremost experts on romance and food, elevating food service on cruise ships to fine dining. In addition to his current role at Royal Carribean International as the head of food operations, he has cooked for presidents and royalty worldwide. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Food Arts Silver Spoon award (1997) and is the author of two previous cookbooks, Luscious Foods and The Cruise Ship Cookbook.
