About the Author:
Born in Ireland and now living on the North East coast of England, Kitty Fitzgerald is the author of four previously published novels: Pigtopia (Faber), Small Acts of Treachery (Brandon), Snapdragons (Brandon), Marge (Sheba) and most recently, a collection of short stories, Miranda's Shadow (IRON Press 2013). She has also written drama for BBC Radio 4, for theatre and film. She is an occasional poet and journalist.
